Ingredients


1 can pork and beans, large
4 tablespoons brown sugar
cup catsup
4 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped and sliced
teaspoon dry mustard

Cooking Method


Combine all ingredients except bacon and sliced onion.

  1. Place sliced onion and bacon on top.

  2. Bake covered in a casserole in a moderate oven for 20 minutes at 400 F.

  3. Reduce temperature to 350 F. and continue baking until done.
