Crab Soup

Servings: 4



You gotta love a bowl of soup.



1 lb. crab meat
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups milk
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cooking sherry
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Method

1. Add the crab meat, whipping cream, milk and butter to a Dutch oven or heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and add sherry, salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges and saltine crackers.
