Cranberry Salad

Cranberry Salad

 

Ingredients


1 package cranberries

miniature marshmallows, Need 120 marshmallows

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

1 package jell-o (cherry, strawberry, or watermelon)

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped apples

1 cup chopped pecans

Cooking Method


Mix jell-o according to package directions. 

  • Set aside.

Rinse cranberries.

  1. Combine berries with water and sugar over medium heat until berries pop. 

  2. Add marshmallows until melted. 

  3. Remove from heat. 

Add jell-o and remaining ingredients.

  • Pour into any bowl you like that will hold it all and chill.
