Crockpot Beef Stew

3 carrots
3 potatoes
2 lbs. stew beef
1 c. beef stock or broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3 onions, quartered
1 stalk celery with tops


Cooking Method

Chop vegetables and put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 4-5 hours.
