Donna's Cranberry Relish

Original Recipe from Lou, Fort Campbell, KY
Servings: 10






1 package cranberries
120 miniature marshmallows
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 package Jell-o, any red flavor
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup chopped pecans, or any nut you want

Cooking Method

Mix Jell-o according to package directions and set aside.

Combine cranberries with water and sugar. 

  1. Cook over medium heat until berries pop.

  2. Add marshmallows then stir until melted.

  3. Remove from heat. 

  4. Add Jell-o and remaining ingredients. 

  5. Pour into any mold or 9"x13" Pyrex dish that will hold it all.

  6. Chill until Jell-o is set.

Serve from dish of your choice.
