Hot Chicken Casserole

Original Recipe from Jane Wohlbold
Serves: 6

 

 

 

 

Ingredients


10 ounces boned cooked chicken
1 cream of chicken soup, can
1 cup diced celery
2 teaspoons onion
cup mayonnaise
3 hard boiled egg, sliced
teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
1 dash cooking sherry
potato chips

Cooking Method


Mix soup, celery, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.


Place chicken, soup mixture, potato chips, eggs and sherry in layers in casserole dish.  Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
