Italian Salad

This is a great salad. Hope you like it too.

 

Ingredients


Italian Salad Makings:
Salad Greens, 2-3 kinds
leek, diced
mushrooms, sliced
zucchini, sliced, partially cooked
tomatoes, diced
Greek olives
mozzarella cheese, diced buffalo
pinch oregano
fresh basil leaves
fresh parsley
parmesan cheese, freshly grated
garlic
ham, diced

Italian Salad Dressing Makings:
extra virgin olive oil, 1 bottle
balsamic vinegar, 1 bottle
sea salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Method


Italian Salad Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and toss with the Italian Salad Dressing.

 

Italian Salad Dressing Instructions:

Combine all ingredients. Whisk or blend with electric mixer.  If a whisk is used then whisk it for 20 minutes.  Put into glass bottles.  It will last 3 months.
