Marinated Vegetables

Original Recipe came from one of Donna's Mother's co-workers at Acme Boot Co.

Servings: 8


 

Ingredients


Vegetables:

1 head broccoli

1 head cauliflower

2 cucumbers, sliced

2 carrots, sliced

1 onion, sliced

 

Marinate:

⅔ cup mayonnaise

⅓ cup oil

⅓ cup vinegar

cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Cooking Method


Vegetables:

Place all vegetables into a large bowl with a top.  Mix vegetables.

 

Marinate:

Mix all ingredients to make marinate.  Pour over vegetables and marinate for at least 2 hours.  Shake bowl several times to cover vegetables.
