extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chili peppers, finely chopped
Marinara Sauce
╝ teaspoon red pepper flakes
5 large fresh basil, torn - chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
parmesan cheese, freshly grated
cooked penne pasta

Cooking Method

Add olive oil and garlic to pan. 

  1. Add red peppers and sautÚ. 

  2. Add a ladle of marinara sauce, some dry chili peppers, fresh parsley, basil, salt and pepper. 

  3. Toss with penne pasta and fresh Parmesan cheese.
