2 lbs. ground beef
cup canned mushroom soup
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
cup bread crumbs

Cooking Method

Mix and form into patties. 

  1. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. 

  2. Mix remaining two thirds can of soup with one third cup water and pour over patties. 

  3. Bake 10 minutes longer.
