fresh tomatoes, chopped - large spoon
extra virgin olive oil
garlic, finely chopped
mozzarella cheese, buffalo - cubed
fresh basil, torn - chopped
fresh parsley, finely chopped
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Greek Olives, finely chopped
parmesan cheese, freshly grated
cooked pasta

Cooking Method

This recipe is not cooked. 

  1. In a large bowl add a large spoonful of fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, buffalo mozzarella cubed, fresh basil, fresh parsley, Greek olives, pinch of salt and pepper. 

  2. Toss with hot pasta and fresh Parmesan cheese.
