PictureVibrant health comes from natural living and even more, when your body is detoxified of poisons (detoxification), you replace chemicalized food (synthetic food) with natural food (organic food), you employ the principles of correct diet (healthy eating), you give your body maximum nutrition (supplements), your muscles are activated (exercise), your energy flow is increased (chi energy), your immune system is strengthened and your organs are encouraged to repair themselves (natural medicine), you don't poison your mouth (holistic dentistry), you buy products designed for healthy living (grocery shopping), and you "live naturally" to the best of your ability every day.

This is a good reason to continue a healthy lifestyle byLunch eating healthy lunches while we are at our peak of activity for our day.  I am convinced by many years of a consistent diet of chemically "enhanced," highly processed and nutritionally deficient food is the number one cause of my poor health.  Of course I realize there are reasons other than diet to account for my poor health.  However, good nutrition is one of the keys to good health, and I believe it is the continuous ingestion of micro amounts of toxins, combined with inadequate nutrition, that has created my obesity and degenerative diseases.

In my own life, I have witnessed that most doctors treat diseases without even discussing nutrition with their patients.  Even if they get around to it their timing is too late for damage has been done.

ExerciseI have also discovered that you can eat perfectly, but if you don't exercise, you cannot get by.  The matter of regular exercise is crutial to our health.  This was difficult for me to accept and I fought the need for regular exercise for many years before I realized nutrition and exercise is essential for a healthy lifestyle.  However, I now know that between nutrition and exercise; exercise is king for weight loss and maintenance.

Although eating organically or naturally produced foodsPicture may seem very difficult to prepare each day.  Eating healthy does not have to be complicated.  Here is the whole of the matter of eating for vibrant health is a simple one:  eat whole, fresh, raw and unprocessed foods, as nature intended.  My health problems were complicated by my habit of eating over-processed, devitalized, pre-packaged, slight toxic food an a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.  I didn't start out to eat unhealthy or toxic foods.  It was a combination of apathy and ignorance.
